We provide business consultancy services, primarily for the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector in Saudi Arabia. All services listed on this Site are for informational purposes and represent a general overview of our capabilities. Specific engagements, scope, and pricing are governed by a separate signed consultancy agreement or formal quotation.

2. NAWAH™ AI Services

NAWAH™ AI is an AI-powered operational consulting tool offered by Business Compass. The following terms apply specifically to NAWAH™ AI:

a) AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: NAWAH™ AI provides operational guidance, regulatory references, and business support based on the data provided by the client and its built-in knowledge base. While we strive for accuracy, outputs generated by NAWAH™ AI are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Clients are responsible for independently verifying any critical information, particularly regarding legal compliance and financial decisions.

b) Service Availability: NAWAH™ AI relies on third-party AI infrastructure. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary disruptions due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages do not constitute a breach of service.

c) Data and Intellectual Property: The NAWAH™ AI system, including its configuration, prompts, and architecture, is the intellectual property of Business Compass Management Consulting Establishment. The business data provided by the client (menus, staff lists, operational documents, etc.) remains the property of the client. Upon termination of NAWAH™ services, the client's data will be handled as specified in the NAWAH™ Service Agreement.

d) Subscription and Cancellation: NAWAH™ AI subscriptions are governed by the terms outlined in the client's individual NAWAH™ Service Agreement. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months.

3. Use of Our Site

You agree to use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage the Site or impair the availability or accessibility of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the NAWAH™ brand, is the property of Business Compass Management Consulting Establishment and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our express written permission.

5. Payments

Fees for our services are as described in a formal proposal, quotation, or service agreement. For services requiring payment, you agree to provide current and accurate payment information. All fees are exclusive of VAT (15%) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Fixed-fee services and setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services, including NAWAH™ AI, are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide the highest quality advice and tools, we make no guarantees about the results of our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Compass Management Consulting Establishment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, NAWAH™ AI outputs, or the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
