Meet the Founder

Business Compass Management Consulting is founded and led by Farid Al-Amudi, a seasoned hospitality and retail professional with over two decades of hands-on experience.

A Proven Leader in the Saudi Market

Farid is a "Turnaround Specialist" who combines 20+ years of global best practices with a deep, practical understanding of the Saudi market. His experience is not just theoretical; he has been on the front lines of building successful, compliant, and profitable businesses in the Kingdom.

Key Expertise Includes:

• Multi-Site Launch & Operations: As the General Manager for Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Saudi Arabia, Farid directed all operations for the KSA franchise. He personally oversaw the complete project cycle—from site selection and lease negotiation to contractor management and fit-out—successfully launching 7 new retail locations across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Dhahran.

• KSA Regulatory & Compliance Mastery: Farid has a proven track record of ensuring 100% compliance with all major Saudi government bodies, including the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Commerce, SFDA, GOSI, HRDF, Customs, and Municipalities.

• Pioneering F&B Concepts: Farid is the founder of the original "Twilight Bar & Lounge," which he built from a simple idea into one of Jeddah's most popular social concepts. He grew the brand to a loyal online community of over 30,000 followers , managed all P&L and operations, and achieved peak daily sales of 34,000 SAR.

• Full-Cycle Entrepreneurship: From launching and operating the successful HuggaMug Cafe to building Twilight, Farid has managed every aspect of an F&B business, including menu development, staffing, marketing, and P&L management.
